At this point Texas CARES is optimized for use with the dominant browser, Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Some features may not behave as expected or even work at all in other browsers. Blame tight budgets and fluid internet standards. Please don't access Texas CARES in your favorite non-IE browser and then complain that it doesn't work -- we know, and wish that there was enough time and money to tweak every line of code to satisfy every browser.
